Last weekend i went to Tesco to do my weekend grocery shopping. Usually, i parked my car at indoor parking but it was quite far from the entrance. Done with shopping, i pushed the cart to the parking area to unload my grocery into my car. As i was looking for my car key inside my bag, a young guy approached me.
At first glance, i thought that he was one of the kids asking for charity but then he introduced himself as a representative from Anti-theft ......( i didnt catch the last part of the company he represented. Then, he asked me to spend some time for him to brief me on sth ( again, i wasnt pay attention)...i started to think that it could be some kind of survey.
Then he asked me "Have you ever heard about a car stolen in 2 minutes?". I was like "what? are you trying to steal my car". well, i didnt say it out loud but it did freak me out. i excused myself (with a quite stupid excuse but somehow he leave). After ensuring that he was nowhere around my car, i quickly unlock my car, got into car with all the grocery and locked the car as soon as possible.
I was a little paranoid, but what i was suppose to think. it is better safe then sorry.
